Sound healing is a vibrational wellness practice that supports relaxation and energetic balance through intentional use of tone and resonance.
I offer private, in-person sound healing sessions in the the Bay Area. These one-on-one experiences are designed to support deep relaxation through vibration and intentional sound work.
Sessions may include a private sound bath, chakra-focused healing, or vibrational massage using singing bowls. If you’re unsure which approach is right for you, you’re welcome to contact me so we can define the most supportive format for your needs.
What Is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a vibrational wellness practice that uses tones, frequencies, and resonance to support relaxation and energetic balance.
Across cultures — from Tibetan singing bowls to Indigenous drumming traditions — sound has been used ceremonially and therapeutically to influence emotional and physical states.
In modern practice, instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools are used to create layered frequencies that interact with the body and environment.
Because the body itself responds to vibration, many people experience:
• deep relaxation
• emotional release
• a meditative state
• a sense of energetic reset
Types of Sound Healing Sessions
1. Private Sound Bath
A one-on-one immersive sound experience using singing bowls and resonant instruments.
You rest comfortably while layers of vibration move through the space, supporting:
• deep relaxation
• nervous system regulation
• emotional release
• mental quieting
This format is ideal if you are looking for full-body relaxation and a meditative reset.
Small group sound baths can be arranged for intentional gatherings or special occasions. If you’re interested in hosting a session, please reach out to explore options.
2. Chakra-Focused Sound Healing
This session intentionally works with the body’s energetic centers (chakras), traditionally associated with different emotional and psychological themes.
Sound is directed with awareness toward specific areas to support:
• energetic alignment
• emotional balance
• grounding and stability
• clarity and openness
This format may be supportive during transitions or when working through specific emotional themes.
3. Vibrational Massage with Singing Bowls
In this approach, singing bowls are placed gently on or around the body (fully clothed) so that vibration can be felt more directly.
The experience is subtle and non-invasive, and may support:
• muscle relaxation
• release of stored tension
• heightened body awareness
• deep internal stillness
This is not a traditional massage, but rather a vibrational therapy using sound resonance.
Who This Is For
Sound healing may be supportive if you:
• struggle with stress or burnout
• want deep rest
• seek a non-verbal therapeutic experience
• enjoy meditative environments
Sessions are private and offered in a calm, focused setting.
What to Expect During Your Session
Sound healing sessions take place in a quiet, private space.
You will be lying down on a comfortable padded mat on the floor, supported by cushions and blankets as needed.
The room is designed to feel calm and contained, allowing you to fully relax while sound vibrations unfold around you.
Most clients remain still with eyes closed throughout the session, entering a meditative or deeply restful state.
Prepare for Your Session
To support your experience:
• Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing
• Avoid alcohol before or immediately after your session
• Avoid heavy meals right beforehand
• Bring warm socks if you tend to get cold
• Allow time afterward for rest and integration
Arriving with an open mindset and without rigid expectations allows the session to unfold more naturally.
